Picks for Saturday July 20, 2024

LET'S SPEND THE HASKELL SATURDAY BETTING RACES AND WHAT BETTER THING TO DO THAN BETTING HORSES ON MULTIPLE RACES -- YES, MULTIPLE RACES!

SO THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT IS TO USE A BETTING METHOD CALLED "PARLAY BETTING".

In a parlay betting, we choose three races of our own choosing, and those three races that we choose are called legs: 1st leg, 2nd leg, and 3rd leg.

In the parlay betting, we need to look for the last leg (leg three) first, and then after that, we look for the other two legs (1st and 2nd leg) later.

But the other two legs (1st and 2nd leg) must come or go off before the last leg, the 3rd leg.

So knowing that, we must find the third leg and the other two legs accordingly.

AS STATED ABOVE THE FIRST THING WE NEED TO DO IS TO LOOK FOR THE THIRD LEG HORSE FIRST AND THEN LOOK FOR THE OTHER PRECEDING TWO LEGS HORSES NEXT.

LET'S DO THAT NOW!

ON THE HASKELL SATURDAY'S CARDS (COAST TO COAST) WE HAVE A "CINCH" HORSE IN MINDFRAME [ML 9-5] IN THE HASKELL STAKES (Race 12) AND AS WELL AS MIRAHMADI AT DEL MAR RACE COURSE (Race 8) -- WE'LL USE MIRAHMADI AS OUR 3RD LEG HORSE FOR THE PARLAY SPECIAL.

The idea is to build up as much money for the last leg as you can since the last leg is a cinch horse and the odd on the last leg is likely to be a very short price horse.

In my opinion, the last leg horse Mirahmadi is a cinch horse -- meaning, he is likely to win the 8th race at Del Mar.

He'll finally breaks his maiden -- long overdue, considering he faced tough group of horses thus far -- and this race there isn't anybody that will prevent him from breaking his maiden.

Now what's left is to find the other two legs horses (both are on grass) and here they are:

This is the first leg.

LET'S START THE PARLAY WITH A BANG!

7 Furlongs | Open | 2 Year Olds | MAIDEN SPECIAL WEIGHT | PURSE: $71,000

Track: Ellis Park

Surface: Dirt

Race: 5

Horse: Rothko (ML 7-2)

Field (in post position order):

1. States' Rights (ML 6-1)
2. California Burrito (ML 20-1)
3. Reb (ML 30-1)
4. Turnbuckle (ML 30-1)
5. Stiglets (ML 30-1)
6. Saudi Vision (ML 10-1)
7. Whiskey Shot (ML 6-1)
8. Magnitude (ML 5-1)
9. Rothko (ML 7-2)
10. Tappan Street (ML 5-2)
11. High Limit (ML 30-1)
12. Morlock (ML 15-1)

Also Eligible:

13. Authentic Style (ML 8-1)

Rothko (TAPIT - COVFEFE, BY INTO MISCHIEF) is a half-sister to the 3yo filly named Ellen Jay (CONSTITUTION - COVFEFE, BY INTO MISCHIEF) who just broke her maiden on July 15, 2024, at Ellis Park, race 2.

Their mother Covfefe won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Sprint just years ago, so these two siblings are very impeccably bred and I expect Rothko to follow his sister's footsteps to the winner circle this Saturday.

So bet Rothko (ML 7-2) to win and place using double down betting strategy and you should be going home as a winner.

Rothko's final odd will most likely be right around 5/2 as a second choice in the betting.

Take this easy money 7/2 (or at whatever the price is -- 5/2 is my guess) and leave the racetrack as a winner.

There you have it: Easy money!

This is the first leg of the parlay betting -- so Rothko should start off our first leg with a BANG!

This is the 2nd leg.

PARLAY PLAY CONTINUES

NYRA Bets Haskell Stakes
1 1/8 Miles | Open | 3 Year Olds | G1 STAKES | PURSE: $1,000,000

Track: Monmouth Park

Surface: Dirt

Race: 12

Horse: Mindframe (ML 9-5)

Field (in post position order):

1. Dornoch (ML 5-2)
2. Jasper's Pride (ML 30-1)
3. Tuscan Sky (ML 9-2)
4. Timberlake (ML 8-1)
5. Fierceness (ML 5-2) <<======== WILL BE SCRATCHED
6. Just Step On It (ML 30-1)
7. Mindframe (ML 9-5)
8. Sea Streak (ML 20-1)

Fierceness will be scratched from the Haskell Stakes to run in the Jim Dandy Stakes at Saratoga as long as Mindframe is good to go at Monmouth this Saturday.

In other words, Fierceness will run in the 1 1/8-mile Haskell Stakes only if something goes amiss with Mindframe before race day Saturday.

Knowing that Fierceness will be scratched from the Haskell, so the play is on Mindframe (ML 9-5).

So bet Mindframe (ML 9-5) to win and place using double down betting strategy.

Mindframe's final odd will most likely be right around 6/5 as a heavy favorite in the betting.

This is the easiest 9/5 money you'll ever going to get on the card at Monmouth Park or at any other racetracks on this Saturday July 20, 2024 [beside Mirahmadi, Del Mar race 8].

As stated per "parlay rule", if there is any amount resulted from the first leg you have to bet all of that amount on this leg by budgeting your parlay bankroll and bet this race accordingly using triple down betting strategy.

This is called parlaying the bets -- you have to use all of the money from the previous leg on this leg.

What happens if not enough money (or no money left) for this race using triple down?

You have to decide if you want to put more money into the parlay scheme or not -- it's your money and it's your decision.

If it's my money and my decision, I would put more money into the parlay scheme; after all, it's just any other ordinary bet(s) -- you don't stop betting just because you lose one or two bets -- you continuing on betting in the next legs regardless of what happened in the first or second leg.

That's what I would do, especially the last leg, which is the bread and butter leg -- the leg that pays the bills.

This is the 3rd leg -- the leg that pays the bills.

THE PARLAY PLAY CONTINUES!

6 Furlongs | Open | 3 Year Olds And Up | MAIDEN SPECIAL WEIGHT | PURSE: $75,000

Track: Del Mar

Surface: Dirt

Race: 8

Horse: Mirahmadi (ML 2-1)

Field (in post position order):

1. Brave Blend (ML 20-1)
2. Mirahmadi (ML 2-1)
3. Chipper Me Timbers (ML 12-1)
4. Spearfish (ML 20-1)
5. Wayne the Brain (ML 5-1)
6. Santarena (ML 9-5)
7. Angier (ML 10-1)
8. Schwarzmeier (ML 20-1)
9. Dagger Ranch (ML 8-1)

So bet Mirahmadi (ML 2-1) to win and place using double down betting strategy.

Mirahmadi's final odd will most likely be right around 8/5 as a slight favorite in the betting.

Yes, I expect Mirahmadi to bet down to favoritism.

This is the easiest 2/1 money you'll ever going to get on the card at Del Mar or at any other racetracks on this Saturday July 20, 2024 [beside Mindframe, Monmouth Park, race 12].

Take this easy money 2/1 (or at whatever the price is -- 8/5 is my guess) and leave the racetrack as a winner.

There you have it: Easy money!

MAKE SURE TO USE ALL OF THE ACCUMULATED MONEY ON THIS LEG!
